SAP FICO Consultant

Title: SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA & Central Finance (CFIN)

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: 2 Days Work from Office (WFO)

Experience Required:

• Primary Role: 6–8 years (Minimum 6 years in S/4HANA)
• Alternate Role: 4–6 years (Minimum 4 years in S/4HANA)

Note: CFIN project experience is preferred. However, candidates with strong knowledge of CFIN without hands-on experience will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or support SAP FICO projects (implementation, rollout, support, upgrade) in an S/4HANA environment.
• Work across finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Assets, CO (CCA, PCA), and COPA.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Central Finance, even if experience is limited to knowledge level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong business process understanding.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members across technical and non-technical roles.
• Drive end-to-end project activities and ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Independently manage responsibilities with a proactive approach.
• Flexible to work in shifts as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong domain knowledge in financial processes: Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvements.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and lead initiatives.
