We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Support end-users in SAP FICO processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct system testing, data migration, and user training for SAP FICO.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10-16 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
- Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules like SD, MM, and HCM.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
