We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI-Treasury Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have SAP Certification in the FI-Treasury module and extensive experience with Solution Manager during implementations.
This role requires expertise in integrating FI-Treasury with other ECC modules and familiarity with NetWeaver components. Team leadership experience and exposure to interfaces such as ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC are highly desirable. An ITIL foundation certification would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FI-Treasury projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize Solution Manager for effective project execution and monitoring.
- Integrate FI-Treasury with other ECC modules, ensuring seamless data and process flow.
- Provide training and awareness on NetWeaver components to team members.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work with interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC, applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and project progress.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FI-Treasury technologies and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in FI-Treasury.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP FI-Treasury implementation and management.
- Experience using Solution Manager in SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of integration with other ECC modules.
- Familiarity with NetWeaver components.
- Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC, with some technical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
