Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional to support and enhance SAP In-House Cash (IHC) processes. The role involves production support, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with finance and treasury stakeholders in a global environment.
The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless payment processing, internal settlements, and bank communication within SAP.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support for SAP IHC.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to:
- Payment processing
- Posting and internal settlements
- Bank communication
- Analyze and resolve errors in:
- IHC payment orders
- Bank statements
- Intercompany transactions
- Support daily operational activities such as:
- Payment runs
- House bank updates
- Bank communication monitoring
- SAP interface checks
- Perform configuration changes in SAP IHC as required.
- Support enhancements, small projects, and change requests related to IHC.
- Work closely with ABAP developers to prepare functional specifications (RICEFs).
- Collaborate with Treasury and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare documentation and process mapping for system changes and issue resolutions.
- Support critical business processes during peak hours when required.
Required Skills
- SAP S/4HANA
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI
- Strong configuration experience in SAP IHC (In-House Cash)
- Payment Orders & Internal Payments
- House Bank & Bank Account Management
- Issue resolution in payment failures and interface errors
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT industry experience
- Minimum 4+ years in SAP development/support roles
- Strong hands-on SAP FI & IHC configuration experience
- Experience in global production support environments
