Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals.
• Lead business workshops in MM, EWM, and SD areas for requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Flexibly handle high-priority production tickets and resolve issues independently under limited supervision.
• Collaborate on testing and documentation for fixes or changes.
• Work on legacy interfaces integrated with SAP and understand key integration points across modules.
• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionalities.
• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a customer-centric environment.
• Innovate to improve delivery quality and maintain accountability for assigned tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal/written communication.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical solution documentation.

Technical Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain EWM Master Data for efficient warehouse operations.
• Handle Handling Unit Management (HUM) and Storage Unit Management (SUM).
• Develop and implement Putaway and Picking Strategies to optimize storage and retrieval.
• Oversee Inbound and Outbound Deliveries for timely transaction processing.
• Conduct Physical Inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Facilitate internal material movements for smooth warehouse operations.
• Manage Warehouse Stock Category and SAP RF Menu Management for RF-enabled devices.
• Execute and manage Transfer Requirements (TR) and Transfer Orders (TO).
• Maintain Material Master and Vendor Master Data for procurement and inventory processes.
• Execute full Procurement and Inventory processes (PR, PO, GR, Inventory Mgmt).
• Develop Source Lists and Quota Arrangements.
• Administer Invoice Verification and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Implement Release Strategy for POs and contracts.
• Manage Customer Master Data for accurate order processing.
• Oversee Sales Order Processing and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and manage Pricing Procedures.
• Execute the full Shipping Process (delivery creation, picking, packing, GI).
• Administer Billing and Invoicing processes.
• Manage Credit Management to mitigate customer risks.
• Generate Sales Reporting and Analysis for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate across modules to ensure end-to-end process integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one core module (EWM or MM) with working knowledge of SD.
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA and/or Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to solve operational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certifications in EWM, MM, SD, or S/4HANA are a plus.
