Job Title: SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to support warehouse operations and outbound logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse processes with SAP systems, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation and Requirement Gathering:
- Engage with business stakeholders and users to understand warehouse processes and operational requirements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Provide expert guidance on SAP EWM best practices and capabilities
System Configuration:
- Configure SAP EWM to align with business processes, including warehouse structure, goods movement, inbound and outbound processing, inventory management, and handling unit management
- Maintain and configure EWM master data such as storage types, storage sections, and bin structures
- Configure integration with Warehouse Management and Transportation Management systems
Implementation and Integration:
- Lead or support SAP EWM implementations from design through go-live and post-go-live support
- Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and WM
- Support integration with third-party systems including transportation management and automation solutions
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure stable and reliable integrations
End User Training and Support:
- Deliver end-user training and prepare functional documentation
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot EWM-related issues
- Perform knowledge transfer and support ongoing enhancements
Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize warehouse workflows and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency using SAP EWM functionality
- Implement automation features such as wave management, task interleaving, and warehouse control systems
Skills Required:
- SAP EWM / SAP WM
- SAP HANA
- SAP Fiori (working knowledge)
Experience Required:
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementations
- Strong experience with warehouse process design including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and optimization
