JD: Sr SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/ Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and configure SAP EWM solutions tailored to complex warehouse operations.
- Define and implement Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR), putaway, picking, replenishment, cross-docking, and labor management processes.
- Integration & Collaboration:
- Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, and leadership to ensure seamless operations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Configure RF frameworks, material flow systems (MFS), and automation interfaces.
- Manage master data setup including storage bins, activity areas, and warehouse product data.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to SAP EWM.
- Training & Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements.
- Stay updated with SAP EWM innovations and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP EWM and S/4HANA certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with RF technology and automation integration.
