Description:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes).
Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Support RF scanning, warehouse task management, bin management, and resource management.
Collaborate with business users, super users, and cross-functional SAP teams
Handle master data issues related to storage bins, handling units, and packaging specifications.
Perform configuration changes in EWM as per business requirements (minor enhancements).
Support interfaces between SAP EWM and ERP/SAP S/4HANA or third-party systems (e.g., scanners, WMS,).
Conduct system monitoring, batch job monitoring, and performance tuning for warehouse operations.
Assist in testing (UT, SIT, UAT) and support cutover/go-live activities.
Prepare functional specifications (FS) for enhancements and change requests.
Provide user training and documentation for new functionalities.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with Semarchy SDP or similar Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Strong skills in SQL, SemQL, API integration, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins).
Proficiency with Azure services (Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage).

Strong communication and collaboration skills
