SAP EWM Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP EWM implementation projects from blueprinting through go-live and post-go-live support
• Analyze complex warehouse operations and design optimized SAP EWM solutions
• Configure core SAP EWM functionalities including warehouse structures, storage types, activity areas, and storage bins
• Design and implement inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
• Configure SAP EWM Radio Frequency (RF) Framework for mobile execution
• Implement SAP EWM Yard Management for vehicle and goods movement monitoring
• Develop and configure SAP Post Processing Framework (PPF) actions
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA for master and transactional data
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP Transportation Management (TM) for transportation execution
• Design interfaces with warehouse automation systems using SAP PI/PO or other technologies
• Implement advanced features like Wave Management, Slotting, Replenishment, and Labor Management
• Utilize IDOCs and BAPIs for system integration and data exchange
• Develop custom SAP Fiori-based interfaces for EWM
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing; support UAT and issue resolution
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot EWM-related issues
• Document business blueprints, functional specs, configuration guides, and test scripts
• Deliver end-user training and conduct workshops
• Mentor junior EWM consultants and support their functional development
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT, business users, and project managers
• Use ABAP debugging to troubleshoot technical EWM issues
• Implement and manage Serial Number Management functionality in EWM
• Stay up to date with latest EWM releases and SAP best practices

Technical Skills:

• SAP EWM 9.5 or S/4HANA Embedded EWM configuration
• Inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse process customization
• SAP EWM RF Framework
• Integration with SAP TM
• SAP PI/PO for system integration
• ABAP debugging for issue resolution
• Working knowledge of IDOCs and BAPIs
• Configuration of SAP PPF actions
• Yard Management setup
• Wave Management, Slotting, and Replenishment
• (Optional) Labor Management
• Serial Number Management
• SAP Fiori in the EWM context
• Basic database knowledge relevant to EWM

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Functional spec and design documentation
• User training and change management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of SAP EWM implementation and support experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or within a remote/distributed team
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
