Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.

Configure and customize SAP CRM modules to meet business needs.

Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP CRM processes.

Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.

Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing).

Experience with SAP CRM configuration and customization.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: SAP CRM certification.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM)
