Job Description: SAP EWM Business Analyst
Experience: 12-16 years
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to drive change from a business perspective supporting adoption of new ways of working
- Strong experience in SAP EWM related business analysis or similar SAP logistics roles
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes
- Ability to clarify structure and document business requirements in a consistent way
- Experience acting as a bridge between business and IT supporting alignment and mutual understanding
- Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining process requirement or template documentation
- Ability to work across multiple sites and stakeholders in a global environment
- Structured and methodical way of working
Additional Competencies:
- Experience with backlog-based delivery or task management tools eg Azure DevOps or similar
- Experience with SAP Signavio for process modeling documentation or template related work
- Prior experience supporting SAP roll out or template-based programs
- Experience working with global or regional process templates
- Experience in coordination or PMO like support roles within IT programs
