Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in end-to-end SAP ERP Customer Service (CS) implementation projects.
Understand and analyze business processes in SAP CS to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP CS modules to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PM).
Perform debugging, testing, and issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live support.
Document functional specifications, processes, and solutions for SAP CS implementations.
