Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in end-to-end SAP ERP Customer Service (CS) implementation projects.
  • Understand and analyze business processes in SAP CS to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP CS modules to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PM).
  • Perform debugging, testing, and issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Document functional specifications, processes, and solutions for SAP CS implementations.
