Key Responsibilities

The SAP EPPM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solutions to manage project planning, execution, financials, resources, and governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EPPM (Project Systems PS, Portfolio Management PPM) solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and execution
• Configure project structures (WBS, networks, milestones) and portfolio structures
• Manage project cost planning, budgeting, commitments, and actuals tracking
• Integrate SAP EPPM with other SAP modules such as:
• FI/CO
• MM
• SD
• HCM / SuccessFactors
• Configure resource management, capacity planning, and time recording
• Support project governance, approval workflows, and stage-gate processes
• Enable portfolio prioritization, scoring models, and strategic alignment
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams (ABAP)
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Provide end-user training and create functional documentation
• Support post-go-live activities and production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP EPPM / SAP PS / SAP PPM
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Project costing and revenue recognition
• Budgeting, forecasting, and settlement
• Resource and capacity management
• Experience with S/4HANA Project System (Professional Services / EPPM)
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
• Experience in SAP Activate / ASAP methodology
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EPPM / CPM
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for Project Management
• Exposure to SAP BTP integrations or analytics (SAC)
• PMP / SAP Certification in EPPM or PS
