Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to identify operational requirements, challenges, and improvement opportunities for automated and manual processes.
- Define scope and business priorities for changes; gather and document business requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze stakeholder objectives and identify potential benefits and solution options; support in defining acceptance tests.
- Contribute to project plans and track project or task progress, risks, and issues across the lifecycle.
- Actively participate in planning, realization, and go-live phases of customer implementation projects.
- Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops or meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation efforts.
- Support project or program lead on tasks related to assigned workstreams.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills with strong interpersonal communication.
- Operate effectively in both individual contributor and collaborative team environments.
- Engage independently with project teams with minimal oversight.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's and/or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- 1215 years of overall SAP experience with 8+ years specifically in SAP EHS/EHSM in SAP ECC
- Minimum 5 full lifecycle SAP EHSM implementations (greenfield or brownfield)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversion from ECC is a plus
- Experience with rollouts and AMS (Application Maintenance & Support)
- Exposure to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and analytics is an advantage
Process Knowledge:
- In-depth expertise in SAP EHS modules such as Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Hazardous Substance Management, SVT, Global Label Management, and WWI template design
- Secondary knowledge in Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Environmental Management, and PLM/GRC Audit Management
- Experience across at least two industries such as CPG, Chemicals, Automotive, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Semiconductors
- Experience with SAP Product Carbon Footprint Management is desirable
Technical Expertise:
- Solid understanding of EHS regulatory norms (OSHA, REACh, TSCA, etc.)
- Experience leading SAP EHS implementations in a regulated environment
- Strong configuration and customization capabilities in SAP EHS/EHSM
- Experience conducting design workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to design end-to-end solutions across integrated SAP modules (e.g., PM, SD, WM)
- Capable of writing detailed functional specifications for complex requirements
- Good knowledge of EHS master data and data management practices
- Familiar with SAP S/4HANA deployment models (On-premise, Private Cloud, RISE with SAP)
