- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to EDI data delivery, transformation, and integration with SAP systems.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with business analysts, internal IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, provide support, and ensure smooth EDI operations.
- Documentation and Testing:
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for EDI processes, and conducting thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EDI solutions.
