Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a passion for product excellence and strong desire to lead a team delivering critical integration points and experiences for IBM's Ecosystem partners built on SAP technology; including SAP CPQ and SAP Commerce. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product management to drive platform capability from inception to go-live. In this role, you will develop and execute product roadmaps within the CIO SAP Platform mission and share responsibility for outcomes in partnership with our Process Transformation and Delivery teams.
Your Role Will Include
- Strategic oversight of platform modules to deliver global functions
- Defining and manage the platform and product vision aligned to IBM's Ecosystem strategy, based on stakeholder needs and market research.
- Creating and maintaining platform product roadmap and managing backlog, setting development priorities, and translating process design into delivery requirements
- Migrating legacy capabilities to platforms and ensuring seamless sun-setting of applications
- Collaborative leadership with cross-functional teams for platform success
- Development of a dynamic skills mix across Product Owners
- Leading and executing on cross-discipline strategy and resource allocation
- Championing mentorship and growth within the team
- Demonstrating leadership and ownership of the product, and inspiring others to share and contribute to the product vision and goals.
- Engaging with high-level Business and Technical stakeholders across various organizations and regions
- Adapting and staying on top of changing requirements and industry best practices

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 8+ years of experience with process/technology transformation
- Proven experience in complex product ownership and management
- Expertise in aligning component roadmaps within a platform strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of IBM's quoting systems and partner quoting processes
- Knowledge of IBM's Ecosystem strategy and VAD/VAR relationships
- Familiarity with IBM's multi-cloud SaaS strategy and 3rd party Hyperscaler and Partner Marketplaces
- Exceptional engagement skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to communicate at the intersection of business and technology.
