Overview

We're supporting a global organisation seeking an experienced SAP ECC Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Spanish Payroll (PY-ES).

This is a highly niche requirement, ideal for someone who can operate confidently at configuration and table level, with a strong understanding of Spanish payroll legislation, tax calculations, and statutory thresholds.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll (PY) with a focus on Spain (PY-ES)
• Configure and troubleshoot Spanish payroll calculations, including tax and social security
• Work with payroll tables and constants (e.g. T511K) to manage thresholds and calculations
• Analyse and resolve payroll issues at schema and PCR level
• Provide guidance on Spanish payroll compliance and best practices
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a fully remote environment

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll
• Strong hands-on expertise in Spanish Payroll (PY-ES)
• Ability to troubleshoot independently in a remote setup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Multi-country payroll experience
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
