Job Title: SAP DRC E-Invoicing
Role Overview:
SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) E-invoicing roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies, particularly SAP DRC and e-invoicing processes, and will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for technical and functional SAP roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand SAP DRC E-invoicing role requirements.
- Source candidates with expertise in:
- SAP DRC configuration and implementation
- E-invoicing compliance across geographies (e.g., Spain, Belgium, Poland)
- SAP modules integration (FI, SD, MM)
- SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF)
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, and SAP Community to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track sourcing metrics.
- Stay updated on SAP DRC trends and regulatory changes impacting e-invoicing.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience sourcing for SAP roles, especially SAP DRC and e-invoicing.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Understanding of global e-invoicing regulations and compliance needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience sourcing for clients in regulated industries (e.g., finance, manufacturing).
- Knowledge of country-specific e-invoicing mandates (e.g., KSeF in Poland, Peppol in EU).
- Technical understanding of XML formats and SAP integration flows.
