Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM development and customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, and implementing custom SAP CRM solutions, including Web UI enhancements, middleware integrations, and custom reporting.

The role involves close collaboration with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP CRM components including Web UI enhancements, business logic, and custom reports

• Customize and enhance SAP CRM applications based on business requirements

• Maintain and enhance CRM middleware integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services

• Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and third-party systems

• Perform unit testing and integration testing; debug and resolve technical issues

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM systems

• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as functional specs, code documentation, and process flows

• Support system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring compatibility with newer SAP versions and adherence to best practices
