SAP Delivery/ Operations Manager

Experience:

o Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP roles, with a significant portion

in a delivery or service management capacity.

o Proven experience leading large, complex SAP projects, including S/4HANA

implementations, upgrades, and application support.

o Experience managing teams across different geographic locations.

Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA,

and cloud solutions.

o Solid knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and service delivery

frameworks.

o Hands on expertise in any two areas like SD, MM, Ariba, FICO, PP, QM, PM,

ABAP, HCM

o Good to have familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools like

ServiceNow and project management tools like Jira.
