SAP Data Load

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into SAP systems
• Use tools like LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), BAPIs, IDocs, and SAP Data Services for data load activities
• Load master data (e.g., Material Master, Vendor, Customer) and transactional data (e.g., Purchase Orders, Sales Orders)
• Validate and reconcile data loads to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with functional teams to understand data structures and business rules
• Develop and maintain data load templates and mapping documents
• Monitor data load processes and troubleshoot any issues
• Support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) related to data load activities

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, or SAP BODS
• Understanding of SAP master and transactional data in modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP
• Good knowledge of data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data transformation techniques
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to query databases
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
