Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the complete end-to-end data migration lifecycle for SAP TM (Transportation Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) modules during ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Define and implement comprehensive data strategies covering cleansing, harmonization, mapping, and transformation activities.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand master and transactional data requirements specific to TM and EWM.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate legacy data, ensuring alignment with the target S/4HANA data models.
- Utilize SAP migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, and Data Services to execute migration activities.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough validation, reconciliation, and audit processes.
- Support cutover planning and execution, including conducting mock runs and preparing for go-live readiness.
- Work alongside BASIS and infrastructure teams to manage and optimize data loads within Private Cloud environments.
- Provide guidance on data governance frameworks, ownership responsibilities, and ongoing data maintenance post-migration.
- Document all data migration processes and deliver training sessions to key users and stakeholders for knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in SAP data management, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of S/4HANA migration projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP TM and EWM data structures and associated business processes.
- Deep knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies including SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and LTMC.
- Experience with RISE with SAP and Private Cloud Edition (PCE) deployment environments.
- Good familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models, particularly within logistics and supply chain domains.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in Data Management, TM, or EWM modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
- Exposure to SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services), Master Data Governance (MDG), or other third-party ETL tools.
