- Creation of SES/DPR/Checklist in SAP.
- Comparative between Bill Booked Value SAP vs Actual Certification.
- Creation of Material/Service Code in SAP.
Roles & Resposibilites
- Insert Project based data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Must have experience in SAP. AutoCAD experience is an added advantage.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output as per the requirements laid down by the Project Managers at different sites and Regional office.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete specific documents.
- Generate reports and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as per the requirements of Project Managers and Regional office.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma Holder.
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP in Construction/Real Estate Sector.
- Experience in AUTOCAD will be an added advantage.
