Required Technical Skill Set**- SAP CRM
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes.
Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications
Should have functional proficiency in SAP middleware's, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications.
Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area specially with regards to Utilities industry.
Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs
Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
