Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) projects.
At least 3 end-to-end (E2E) implementations leading the CS track.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support in S/4HANA environments.
Preferable to have global implementation experience, especially in multi-country rollouts with local taxation compliance.
Solid knowledge of Finance integration in the context of Customer Service processes.
Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Proven experience in providing consulting advice to clients on SCM (Supply Chain Management) processes in SAP.
Experience in leading S/4HANA projects using FIORI and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Skilled in integrating SAP S/4HANA with external systems.
Preferred experience working in Japanese projects or with Japanese clients.
