SAP SD CS Consultant

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SD and CS modules as per business needs.
• Handle end-to-end process flows for Sales, Delivery, Billing, Service Orders, and Service Contracts.
• Work with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP) for seamless integration.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Provide user training and support during UAT and Go-Live.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Key Skills:

• Strong SAP SD and CS module knowledge.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash, Service Management, Warranty Management.
• Good understanding of pricing, billing, and credit management processes.
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, and PM modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
