Role:
SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant India (Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders to map service management processes (service orders, contracts, warranty, returns) to SAP CS capabilities.
- Design and configure SAP CS solutions in S/4HANA, including service order management, service contract management and order-to-cash integration with SAP SD/MM.
- Create clear functional specifications, process flows and integration designs for ABAP/integration teams; manage change requests during design and build phases.
- Drive unit, integration and UAT cyclesprepare test scripts, coordinate end-user testing and validate defect resolution through to sign-off.
- Support cutover planning, data migration activities and hypercare post-go-live to stabilise service processes and SLAs.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, CRM, BASIS) to deliver on-time, high-quality releases.
