Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for SAP CRM enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM applications.
• Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM developments and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP CRM technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language and other SAP development tools.
• Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Understanding of CRM business processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
