Job Description

  • 5+ Years of Experience working on SAP CRM support and implementation projects, out which Minimum experience of 4 years in SAP CRM as Functional consultant
  • Experience on Configuring E2E Sales and Service processes
  • Requires of Experience with a good knowledge with CRM-ECC Sales and Services integration.
  • Organization Management, Transaction Types, Partner Determination Procedures, Status Management, Activity Management, Text Management, Date Profile, Action Profile, Pricing, Product Categories, and Products.
  • Configuration of Sales Order Management, Contracts Management, Quotation Management, etc.
  • Experience in Middleware configuration - CRM and ECC, Administration Console, Data Loads,
  • Configuration of E2E Service Request management, Contract, warranty etc
  • Experience on Configuring Interaction center configuration
  • Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware.
  • Experience in Change and Incident Management any tool
