Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM and ECC Sales processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles, working in global environments, and delivering effective business solutions around order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a functional consultant on SAP CRM and ECC SD modules for sales processes
- Drive and support Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) implementations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and optimize order management processes
- Handle end-to-end O2C cycle including Quotes, Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Invoices, and EDI
- Manage and resolve CRM-ECC middleware issues
- Configure and customize:
- CRM WebUI
- Business Roles
- Base Customization
- Action Profiles
- Number Ranges
- Outputs
- Work on SAP Interaction Center and B2B Integration (SAP CRM / Hybris)
- Maintain and manage master data (Business Partners, Materials, Vendors, Plants)
- Support pricing configuration and processes in CRM & ECC
- Participate in end-to-end testing and validation of business scenarios
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (for senior-level candidates)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP CRM and ECC (SD module)
