We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP CRM configurations, business process analysis, and user support, contributing to the successful implementation and optimization of CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
- Configure SAP CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP CRM solutions to ensure they meet requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other SAP modules.
- Assist in the development of documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM module functionalities and configurations.
- Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Ability to perform system testing and validation of solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP CRM integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, and PS.
- Familiarity with SAP best practices and methodologies in CRM implementation.
