Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP Integration Knowledge:
o Familiar with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors etc ) and their integration with other systems.
o Familiarity with middleware tools for integration (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI).
o Understanding of business processes within SAP and ability to translate requirements for system configuration.
Stakeholder Engagement:
o Identify and map key stakeholders across the organization.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
o Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to gather insights and drive collaboration.
Communication Plans:
o Design and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
o Create and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, status updates, and project briefs etc.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirement Analysis:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
o Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making and drive business improvements.
o Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
Documentation:
o Align with a core technical team for any technical info if needed.
o Maintain project documentation, including process maps, requirement documents, and stakeholder engagement records.
o Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
