Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Core ABAP Lead with strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP

BTP (Business Technology Platform), and Web Dynpro. The candidate will lead technical development,

Drive best practices, and support digital transformation initiatives across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead end-to-end ABAP development including design, coding, testing, and deployment

·      Work on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

·      Design and develop applications using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

·      Develop and enhance applications using Web Dynpro ABAP / Web Dynpro Java

·      Collaborate with functional teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to translate business requirements into technical solutions

·      Lead code reviews and enforce development standards

·      Optimize performance of SAP programs and interfaces

·      Work on integrations using APIs, OData services, and middleware

·      Mentor junior developers and manage technical deliverables

·      Support S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

·      Strong hands-on experience in ABAP (OO ABAP, ALV, BADI, BAPI, Enhancements, SmartForms/Adobe Forms)

·      Experience with SAP BTP (Extension Suite, Integration Suite, CAP, APIs)

·      Expertise in Web Dynpro ABAP / Web Dynpro Java

·      Knowledge of OData services & SAP Gateway

·      Experience with S/4HANA (CDS Views, AMDP is a plus)

·      Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

·      Experience in SAP integrations (PI/PO, CPI is a plus)

Good to Have:

·      Exposure to Fiori/UI5

·      Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)

·      Knowledge of cloud-native development
