Position: Senior SAP Coupa Consultant (Application Managed Services AMS)

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Mode of Work: Work from office

Notice: Immediate to 15days Max

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of hands-on Coupa experience with 3+ years in AMS/production support

Expert-level knowledge in:

Coupa Procurement (advanced configurations, guided buying)

Coupa Invoicing (complex matching rules, payment workflows)

Supplier Management (dynamic discounting, supplier portal)

Expense Management (policy enforcement, integrations)

Proven experience with:

Coupa-SAP integrations (CIF, IDOCs, OData services)

Middleware technologies (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, CPI)

Coupa API framework and extensions

Strong understanding of:

ITIL framework (especially Problem and Change Management)

SOX controls and audit compliance

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Coupa Certified Implementation Professional (CCIP)

Experience with Coupa Risk Assess, Contracts, or Inventory

Knowledge of Coupa Implementation Methodology (CIM)

Exposure to Coupa Treasury or Supply Chain modules

Background in SAP MM/FICO integration scenarios

Performance Metrics:

Ticket resolution SLAs (Critical/High/Medium)

System uptime and performance KPIs

Enhancement delivery timelines

Process improvement savings (hard/soft)
