Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to lead or support the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SAP Concur solutions, including Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules. The consultant will work closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, ensure policy compliance, and integrate SAP Concur with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Concur Implementation & Configuration
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementations (Blueprint → Configure → Test → Go‑Live)
- Configure:
- Expense Types, Policies, Audit Rules
- Approval Workflows
- Cash Advances, Per Diems, Mileage
- Concur Request (Travel & Non‑Travel Pre‑Approvals)
- Support Concur Travel configurations and booking policy enforcement
- Configure Concur Invoice (if applicable)
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 3–10+ years of SAP experience
- 2–6+ years of hands‑on SAP Concur experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Concur Expense
- Concur Request
- Concur Travel (support or configuration)
- Experience in SAP Concur implementations or AMS support
- Strong understanding of T&E business processes
- Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA FI integration
Good to Have
- Experience in Concur Invoice
- Knowledge of VAT/GST & global compliance
- Experience in global rollouts (NA / EMEA / APAC)
- SAP Concur Certification
- Knowledge of ServiceNow / JIRA
