The Team
Our Enterprise Applications team helps clients streamline finance and expense management processes using leading solutions like SAP Concur. We deliver end-to-end implementations, support, and advisory services to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Your work profile
As an SAP Concur Consultant, you will support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Concur solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice) based on client requirements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Configure workflows, expense policies, approval hierarchies, and integrations
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, vendors) for seamless delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide user training and documentation for effective system adoption
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SAP Concur implementation/support
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance/IT preferred)
- Strong understanding of expense management and travel processes
- Experience in configuration, testing, and client handling
- Basic knowledge of integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Pan India (flexible base location)
- Hybrid working model with travel based on project requirements
