Role Description

Looking for an enthusiastic Controlling professional with foundational experience in SAP CO processes. This role will provide essential support to the Global SAP Process Owner for CO processes in Germany. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in SAP systems and controlling, with a willingness to learn and grow into a bridge role between finance and IT. While the position is primarily controlling-focused, it requires a good understanding of SAP and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• Initial experience in Controlling (12 years in a similar role).
• Basic knowledge of SAP CO modules and willingness to deepen expertise.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP CO processes (cost centers, Profit Centers, Product Costing, COPA, internal orders, etc.).
• Understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Master Data
• Allocation Cycles
• RA & WIP Process

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.

Preferred Attributes
