Sap Co Functional Consultant

• Implementation and configuration: Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP CO implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Cost management: Manage and optimize cost controlling processes, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and activity-based costing.
• Profitability analysis: Implement and support profitability analysis (CO-PA) to provide insights into business performance.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules such as FI (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution). Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using SAP CO tools to support decision-making processes.
• Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP CO.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Overall 10+ years of experience in SAP with latest 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) implementation and support.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules, with a strong understanding of cost management and profitability analysis.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules.
• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good to Have: Experience with SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Certification in SAP CO or related modules.
