Job Description

Play a key role in the set up of Finance Shared Services from scratch, leading a team of 100+ FTEs
Oversee Teams in Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to cash with the potential of adding FP&A
Play a key role in the leadership of the site together with the Site Leader
Oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Finance Shared Services should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
More than 15 years of total experience with 10 years of leadership experience in Finance Shared Services
Proficiency in financial software and tools and in ERP implementation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Services industry is preferred.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
