*Key Responsibilities:
Core Technical & Functional Skills
- Deep SAP CO Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and implementing all core CO sub-modules:
- Product Costing (CO-PC) (including make-to-stock and make-to-order scenarios)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/PA) (both costing-based and or account-based in S/4HANA)
- Cost Object Controlling (Including Sales order costing, Result Analysis, Settlements)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Material Ledger (ML) (configuration and activation for actual costing is highly preferred)
- SAP S/4HANA Experience: Proven experience with S/4HANA Finance/Controlling, including migration/upgrade projects from SAP ECC, understanding simplifications in CO areas, and knowledge of the universal journal (ACDOCA table).
- Integration Knowledge: Expertise in seamless integration of SAP CO with other key SAP modules, especially FI (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
- Configuration and Customization: Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP CO solutions through system configuration and customization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Experience in developing financial controlling reports and dashboards using relevant SAP tools (e.g., Report Painter, CDS Views, Fiori apps, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Data Migration: Hands-on experience with data migration strategies and tools (ETL) to ensure data integrity and accuracy during system transitions.
Business Process & Project Management Skills
- Business Process Analysis: Strong ability to analyze As-Is business processes, identify inefficiencies, conduct gap analysis, and design To-Be process models following SAP best practices.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles, including budgeting, forecasting, period-end closing activities, and financial reporting requirements.
- Project Management: Experience in managing or leading SAP projects, including project planning, scope management, risk assessment, and adherence to methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Documentation & Testing: Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans (unit, integration, UAT), and end-user training manuals.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent logical thinking to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, non-technical business users, and senior management.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to lead workshops, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor junior consultants.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices, especially in the evolving S/4HANA landscape.

- Deep and strong functional domain expertise in Controlling or related modules
- SAP Certification is a plus
