Key Responsibilities:

SAP CO Configuration & Support:

• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO) modules.
• Set up Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), ensuring proper integration with sales, distribution, and production planning.
• Maintain variance analysis, cost allocations, and cost planning for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure proper integration between SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO for seamless financial reporting and reconciliation.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Develop management reports and cost tracking tools within SAP, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis, profitability reporting, and budgeting to assist in decision-making.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing relevant cost data and variance analysis.

Collaboration & Integration:

• Work closely with FI, MM, and SD teams to ensure seamless integration of controlling processes across the business.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their cost tracking and reporting needs and provide suitable SAP solutions.

Project Support:

• Assist in SAP CO module implementation or upgrades during the contract period.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for any issues arising in CO processes.
• Contribute to user training and ensure end-users understand and can utilize SAP CO functionality effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with SAP CO (Controlling) module configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis (CO-PA).
• Experience in financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-company, multi-country, or multi-currency environments.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration and other related modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS).
• SAP CO Certification is a plus.
• Experience in cost allocation and management reporting.
