Must-Have**
- SAP Cloud ALM Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM solutions.
- Assist in designing and optimizing SAP Cloud ALM processes, including project management, incident management, change management, and system monitoring.
- Work with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP Cloud ALM with other enterprise systems.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud ALM applications, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP Cloud ALM and work with SAP support to resolve problems.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the latest functionality and security.
- Monitor the health of SAP Cloud ALM environments and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that SAP Cloud ALM meets business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding SAP Cloud ALM functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP Cloud ALM best practices.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP Cloud ALM processes and configurations.
- Provide regular reports and analytics on system performance, usage, and improvements.
- Best Practices & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure that best practices and industry standards for ALM are followed.
- Recommend process improvements and automation to streamline lifecycle management.
