Job Description

Mandatory / Preferred Skills: General Skills

  • Good knowledge of SAP CDP(Cloud-Based Customer Data Platform) solutions and processes (with at least 3 years expertise)
  • Answer technical queries regarding architecture, design, performance, and scalability.
  • Support Completion of Functional Specification document.
  • Advise on implementation best practices for leveraging the CDP APIs against the appropriate digital technologies via code samples, demonstrations, workshops, and trainings.
  • Create Playbook document for common design components of end solution.
  • Assist Customer development team to troubleshoot potential roadblocks and test solution.
  • Multilingual communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business challenges and business needs
  • Ability to collaborate with project and IT team to derive solution and create user stories
  • Ability to provide operational support. Collaborate with end customers & customer support agents to understand end user concerns

Mandatory / Preferred Skills: Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of ecommerce solutions and processes (with at least 3 years expertise)
  • Integration with SAP or third-party systems

Preferred certification:

  • SAP CDP Certified

Others:

  • Perform detailed technical analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
  • Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline
  • Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements need for the business requirements
