Job Description
We are hiring an experienced SAP BW Consultant with Cloud Migration expertiseto support enterprise data warehousing and analytics transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP BW / BW on HANA / BW/4HANA, along with exposure to cloud platforms and SAP Analytics solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform SAP BW system migration to cloud environments(SAP BTP / AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Execute BW on HANA to BW/4HANA conversions, including system assessment and remediation
- Develop and maintain InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Transformations, and Process Chains
- Build and optimize DataSources, Extractors, and ETL workflows
- Perform performance tuning, data load optimization, and query optimization
- Integrate SAP BW with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)and other BI tools
- Work with ECC / S/4HANAsource systems using ODP, CDS Views, and standard extractors
- Coordinate with Basis, Cloud, and Security teams for system stability and governance
- Provide technical documentation, support audits, and follow SAP best practices
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW / BW on HANA / BW/4HANA
- Strong experience in SAP BW cloud migration projects
- Expertise in HANA modeling and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of ABAP for BW(Routines, User Exits, Transformations)
- Experience with SAP BTP or hyperscaler cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)integration
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and analytics concepts
Good to Have
- SAP Certification in BW/4HANA / HANA / SAP BTP
- Experience with SLT, SDI, SDA, or real-time data replication tools
- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Exposure to non-SAP data sources
