Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a qualified SAP Business ByDesign Consultant with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting. The role requires extensive knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) as well as hands-on experience with SAP Business ByDesign.
Main Responsibilities
The consultant will play a key role in optimizing business processes using SAP Business ByDesign, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement and configure SAP Business ByDesign to meet client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IFRS and local standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency.
- Analyze and improve existing accounting processes.
- Prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
- Strong experience with SAP Business ByDesign.
- Excellent technical knowledge of international (IFRS) accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- High level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Business fluency in German.
- Technical knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB).
