SAP Business Analyst Procurement Process Improvement

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Procurement Systems
Reports to: SAP & Business Processes Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a SAP Business Analyst Procurement Process Improvement to drive the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of procurement processes. This role will work closely with regional teams and internal stakeholders to enhance SAP-based procurement solutions, improve data quality, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, evaluate, and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Design, test, and implement SAP procurement enhancements (SAP ECC 6.0 / SAP S/4HANA MM)

Support and test SAP approval workflows, integrations, and system connections (e.g., RFC)

Gather, validate, and document business requirements from procurement stakeholders

Identify process gaps, risks, and value-adding improvement opportunities

Ensure data integrity and data hygiene across SAP procurement systems

Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making

Coordinate implementation of new developments and provide training to key users across regions

Prepare and maintain user manuals and process documentation

Act as a key contact for regional teams to ensure smooth adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

University degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Fluent in English (mandatory); German is an advantage

Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Finance, or related business functions

Strong understanding of IT systems and business process integration

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA (MM module preferred)

Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and process evaluation

Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and KPI monitoring

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to work in an international, multi-country environment
