Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of SAP BTP solutions focusing on Business Process Automation.
Develop cloud-native applications using SAP CAPM and Node.js frameworks.
Design and build intuitive user interfaces using SAP Fiori/UI5 technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions leveraging SAP BTP services such as Workflow Management, Business Rules, Integration Suite, and Extension Suite.
Develop and customize OData services and APIs for seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Optimize existing automation workflows and application code for performance and usability.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants and developers.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP advancements and recommend best practices.
Support solution deployment, testing, and production rollout activities.
Document design, development, and deployment processes clearly and thoroughly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8-13 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on SAP BTP development and automation.
Hands-on experience with SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) for building enterprise-grade applications.
Proficient in Node.js for backend service development.
Strong expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 for frontend development.
Experience with SAP Business Process Automation (Workflow, Business Rules, RPA).
Good understanding of SAP Integration Suite and APIs.
Familiarity with cloud-native application development concepts and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of OData services, REST APIs, and CDS views.
Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
