Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expert support for SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Manage SAP HANA Administration tasks including system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Administer NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems ensuring they are running efficiently and securely.
- Lead SAP Basis Administration activities including system upgrades patches and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to ensure SAP systems support their operational needs effectively.
- Implement best practices for asset and wealth management within the SAP environment.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize SAP systems.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating the ability to manage complex systems effectively.
- Have in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless system integration and functionality.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP HANA Administration including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring efficient and secure system operations.
- Exhibit strong skills in SAP Basis Administration including system upgrades and configuration changes.
- Have domain expertise in Asset Management Operations ensuring SAP systems support operational needs.
- Possess experience in Asset & Wealth Management implementing best practices within the SAP environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
