Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP BTP Consultant with strong S/4HANA and Service Management expertise. The role involves end-to-end solution design, development, deployment, integration, and L3 support within an Agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Design, develop, and deploy user stories as per sprint plans
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Provide Level 3 production support and issue resolution
Testing & Training
- Participate in Daily Scrum ceremonies
- Perform Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT support
- Handle defect analysis and bug fixing
- Deliver key user training as per project plan
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain functional and technical documentation
- Provide regular status reports on deliverables and sprint progress
Must-Have Skill Set- 9+ years of overall SAP consulting experience
- At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud solutions
- Expertise in Service Management
- Field Service
- Customer Service
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications
- Integration experience with:
- SAP CPI
- PI/PO
- API Management
- Strong experience in Agile / Activate methodology
- Proven ability to convert business requirements into SAP system design
- Experience in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Nice-to-Have Skill Set
- Experience with FSM, C4C, or other SAP Cloud products
- Knowledge of PROAXIA Connector
- Exposure to SAP Analytics / Embedded Analytics
- Prior experience in SAP CRM (Technical)
- Exposure to project management practices in Agile environments
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA or related modules
