We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training employees on the SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for SAP BTP Integration Suite to enhance team skills.
• Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions to provide practical experience with the Integration Suite.
• Assess the training needs of employees and customize training programs accordingly.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-16 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite or related SAP technologies.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using SAP BTP Integration Suite features such as API Management, Integration Flow, and Event Mesh.
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and tailor content to meet diverse audience requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical examples during training.
